Trade Coordinator Internship Experience
Internship Program
Gain hands-on experience in international trade operations, including import and export procedures and coordination tasks.
You will learn the fundamentals of a trade coordinator’s role, such as preparing documents, managing schedules, and communicating with relevant stakeholders.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Any field of study or work experience is acceptable, though a background in commerce, business, or management is preferred
Internship Program Details
Objective: Gain an understanding of basic import/export processes, required documents, regulations, and qualifications.
Program Includes:

Learning fundamental trade processes through e-learning

Creating simulated business emails (price negotiations, delivery inquiries) and customs invoices

Mini project: Conducting market research (importing overseas products to Japan), considering regulations, transportation methods, and preparing a proposal
