Manager, Assistant Manager
Role
We are hiring leaders who can guide our teams and collaborate closely with the executive management to further develop VE-TRI.

Qualification
-
Experience leading teams in system development, implementation, and maintenance projects

Experience in client communication, proposal activities, and vendor management
-
Management experience such as team supervision, 1-on-1 meetings, and performance evaluations
-
Business-level English communication skills
Job Description&Responsibility

Take responsibility for part of the business operations to support overall business growth

Act as a project lead, handling proposals, client negotiations, and vendor coordination
-
Participate in hiring interviews, conduct performance evaluations, and manage team members
-
(As a startup) Plan, design, implement, and operate internal processes and systems from scratch
-
Manage certain operations beyond IT as a business manager, contributing to multiple business domains
-
Engage in a wide range of tasks without being limited by strict organizational boundaries, adapting flexibly to various responsibilities

(Monthly Salary Examples)

3 years experience – Accounting & Sales Administration
Staff Level (¥250,000+ per month, bonus excluded) -
5 years experience – Developer
Senior Staff / Team Lead (¥300,000+ per month, bonus excluded) -
3 years experience – Infrastructure Engineer
Staff Level (¥260,000+ per month, bonus excluded) -
15 years experience – Assistant Manager
Deputy Manager (¥400,000+ per month, bonus excluded)
Negotiable based on experience and skills
Pay Raise
Reviewed annually for Full-Time permanent position.(April)
Bonus
Biannual (Summer, Winter)
