Why Joined VE-TRI
One of the main reasons I joined VE-TRI was the opportunity to grow my career in a global IT environment while developing my skills in enterprise technologies.
I was attracted by VE-TRI’s vision of combining technology, innovation, and global collaboration to provide valuable solutions to customers. The company’s focus on IT services and consulting, along with its multicultural working environment where Japanese and Indian professionals collaborate, created a strong impression on me.
As a Software Engineer at the beginning of my career, I wanted to join an organization where I could continuously learn, take on new challenges, and improve through practical experience. I believe VE-TRI provides the right environment for me to strengthen my technical knowledge while growing together with my team.
Workplace Environment
VE-TRI provides a supportive and collaborative working environment where employees are encouraged to learn, communicate, and grow together.
As a fresh graduate, I appreciate the guidance and support I receive from my senior team members. They patiently teach me technical concepts, explain project processes, and share their practical experiences. Their support has helped me gradually improve my skills and gain confidence.
I also value teamwork within the organization. When challenges arise, team members discuss problems together and work toward solutions. This collaborative culture motivates me to continue learning and improving every day.
My Role & Responsibilities
I joined VE-TRI as a fresh graduate, and initially my focus was on understanding the company environment, project processes, and basic technologies with the support and guidance of my senior team members.
My seniors have been very supportive in teaching me technical concepts, explaining project workflows, and sharing their practical experience. Through their guidance, I have gradually building my knowledge and improving my skills.
After around three months of working at VE-TRI, I started receiving assigned tasks and taking responsibility for completing them. I work on understanding the requirements, learning the necessary technical concepts, and implementing solutions with guidance from my seniors whenever needed.
Every task has become a learning opportunity for me. Through continuous practice, feedback, and collaboration with my team members, I am developing my technical skills and gaining a better understanding of SAP solutions.
I am grateful for the support from my seniors and colleagues, as their guidance has helped me grow step by step and become more confident in my role as a Software Engineer.
Future Vision
My goal is to continue improving my technical skills and deepen my knowledge of SAP solutions.
Through continuous learning and collaboration with experienced team members, I want to gradually take on more responsibilities and become a Software Engineer who can contribute to delivering effective solutions for customers.
In the future, I hope to grow together with VE-TRI by supporting innovative solutions, strengthening my technical expertise, and becoming a reliable team member who can contribute to the company’s success.
A real day in my life
9:00 Check emails, review pending tasks, and set priorities
9:30 Work on assigned tasks, investigate issues, and discuss solutions with senior team members
12:00 Lunch
13:00 Participate in project meetings, share updates, and coordinate with team members
15:00 Review new tasks, understand requirements, and learn the implementation approach
16:00 Continue assigned tasks and apply knowledge with guidance from senior team members
17:00 Review progress, prepare status updates, and report to the team
