Why Joined VE-TRI

After relocating from India, I was filled with confidence and excitement about discovering new opportunities in a different country. The transition was both challenging and inspiring, as I sought a workplace that would value my experience and support my growth. VE-TRI stood out to me for its excellent work-life balance and the genuine support offered by its leadership. During my job search, I was fortunate to connect with the founders, who explained the company’s vision and commitment to employee development. This gave me the assurance that VE-TRI would be a safe and supportive environment to continue my career journey.

Workplace Environment

VE-TRI fosters a culture of continuous learning and open communication. Every day brings new opportunities to expand my skills and contribute ideas. I appreciate that innovation and experimentation are encouraged, and I never feel hesitant to share my perspective or try new approaches. The culture here is open, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement.

My Role & Responsibilities

As a Project Lead, my responsibilities are diverse and dynamic:

  • Requirement Gathering: I work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into actionable project plans.

  • Project Management: I oversee project execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met.

  • Client-Team Bridge: I coordinate communication between clients and our technical team, making sure everyone is aligned and informed.

  • Technical Recruitment: I play an active role in talent acquisition, identifying and interviewing candidates who can contribute to our team’s success.

  • Training and Mentorship: I assist trainees both technically and professionally, helping them integrate into the team and develop their skills.

Future Vision

I am passionate about learning new things and embracing challenges that allow me to prove my capabilities. My goal is to guide the team forward in our projects, supporting each member’s growth and understanding their unique strengths. By doing so, I strive to be a leader who not only drives results but also fosters a supportive and collaborative environment. I believe that by continuously learning and facing new challenges, I can contribute to both my own development and the sustainable growth of VE-TRI.
