Why Joined VE-TRI
One of the main reasons I joined VE-TRI was the opportunity to work in Japan while continuing to grow my career in enterprise technologies. During my discussions with the management team, I learned about the company's vision, work culture, and commitment to employee development.
What attracted me most was the opportunity to gain exposure to different SAP solutions and business domains while continuously developing my skills. The company's support for learning and professional growth gave me confidence that I could build a long-term career here.

My Role & Responsibilities
I am currently involved in enterprise solution projects, where I work closely with customers and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into practical solutions. My responsibilities include requirement analysis, business process understanding, solution validation, testing, issue investigation, documentation, and supporting project delivery activities.
I regularly collaborate with team members across different functions to ensure that business needs are accurately understood and effectively implemented. In addition to project work, I contribute to evaluating business requirements, proposing solution approaches, supporting project proposals, and providing recommendations that help customers address operational challenges and improve business processes. I also participate in discussions and workshops to identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure that proposed solutions align with business objectives.
As part of my professional development, I actively pursue continuous learning and certification opportunities, with strong support from the company’s training and development initiatives.
Future Vision
I would like to continue expanding my expertise across SAP solutions and develop into a consultant who can effectively bridge business requirements and technology solutions.
Through continuous learning and hands-on project experience, I hope to contribute more effectively to customer success while supporting the growth of the organization.
