Why Joined VE-TRI
My journey with VE-TRI began with a simple invitation from Mr. Kuben, the company’s founder, who used to live next door. At the time, I didn’t think I had anything to offer an IT company, and I assumed his invitation was just a polite gesture between neighbors—so I initially declined.
But in April 2025, I was invited to visit VE-TRI’s current office. That visit changed everything. I learned that running a company involves much more than just IT, and that there were many ways to contribute beyond technical expertise. Having previously handled accounting for my husband’s sole proprietorship, I realized that—even after some time away from work—I could still be of value.
That realization, and the warm, welcoming environment at VE-TRI, inspired me to join the team.
Workplace Environment
Although I have no background in IT, I can clearly sense—just by observing the discussions—that everyone here takes their work very seriously. It’s a demanding and high-stakes environment.
And yet, outside of work conversations, the atmosphere is warm and lively. I often hear laughter and lighthearted jokes (even if I don’t understand them because they’re in Tamil!), and that energy is truly uplifting. It’s a workplace where professionalism and a sense of community go hand in hand.
