Why Joined VE-TRI
I had to resign from my previous job in India when I moved to Japan due to family commitments. After spending a year in Japan, I felt it was the right time to resume my professional career. During my job search, my résumé reached the VE-TRI Founder Kubendran and CEO Rathika, and I had the opportunity to learn more about the company. They assured me a strong work–life balance and opportunities for career growth. Hence I am here.

My Role & Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, I serve as the Product Owner for our in-house product, overseeing the vision, requirements, and overall development direction. I work closely with the technical teams to ensure they clearly understand the requirements from both the business and customer perspectives. In addition to product-related responsibilities, I also support recruitment activities and contribute to people management within the organization.
Future Vision
I aim to broaden my knowledge and continuously enhance my skills so that I can contribute meaningfully to the organization’s growth.
For my team:
I want to guide each team member to think from the customer’s perspective, enabling them to add greater value through their technical outcomes. This mindset will support sustainable growth for both the team and the organization.
A real day in my life
9:00 Review new assignments and plan the day’s tasks
9:30 Check updates from the technical teams on the previous day’s progress and identify any required support
10:00 Work on the in-house product
11:00 Work on client projects
12:00 Lunch
13:00 Catch-up meeting with the India team
