IT infrastructure engineer

Role

We are looking for individuals to take on key responsibilities in in-house network equipment management, server setup, and system administration.

You will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our internal IT infrastructure to support smooth and secure business operations.

Qualification

We’re looking for candidates with experience in:

Configuring and setting up servers and network equipment
Installing and managing Windows or Linux operating systems
Implementing security settings with the latest security protocols

Job Description＆Responsibility

Server and network setup & maintenance within the company
PC setup and IT asset management
Internal system administration, including license and user account management
Cloud environment setup, configuration, and testing
System installation and related setup required for user projects

Salary

(Monthly Salary Examples)

3 years experience – Accounting & Sales Administration
Staff Level (¥250,000+ per month, bonus excluded)
5 years experience – Developer
Senior Staff / Team Lead (¥300,000+ per month, bonus excluded)
3 years experience – Infrastructure Engineer
Staff Level (¥260,000+ per month, bonus excluded)
15 years experience – Assistant Manager
Deputy Manager (¥400,000+ per month, bonus excluded)

Negotiable based on experience and skills

Pay Raise

Reviewed annually for Full-Time permanent position.(April)

Bonus

Biannual (Summer, Winter)

※Not paid to part-time employee
