Qualification

  • Minimum 1 year of development experience using either the .NET Framework or a Java-based framework

  • Comfortable working in a global environment where English is required for project communication.

  • English-speaking ability is not mandatory—if you're motivated to learn and improve, we welcome you!

Job Description&Responsibility

You will work as a System Engineer (SE) or Programmer (PG) on a variety of projects, including:

  • Contract-based development projects for our clients

  • In-house product development

  • System maintenance and support assignments

  • Proof of Concept (PoC) initiative

9:00 ~ 5:30 PM (12:00 1-hour break)

​※Terms for part-time employees are negotiable.

Salary

(Monthly Salary Examples)

 

  • 3 years experience – Accounting & Sales Administration
    Staff Level (¥250,000+ per month, bonus excluded)

  • 5 years experience – Developer
    Senior Staff / Team Lead (¥300,000+ per month, bonus excluded)

  • 3 years experience – Infrastructure Engineer
    Staff Level (¥260,000+ per month, bonus excluded)

  • 15 years experience – Assistant Manager
    Deputy Manager (¥400,000+ per month, bonus excluded)

Negotiable based on experience and skills

Pay Raise

Reviewed annually for Full-Time permanent position.(April)

Bonus

Biannual (Summer, Winter)

​※Not paid to part-time employee

Holidays & Leave

We offer a full five-day workweek with Saturdays, Sundays,

and national holidays off.
 

Additional leave includes:

  • Year-end and New Year holidays

  • Summer vacation

  • Paid leave

  • Special leave for weddings, funerals, and other personal occasions


All terms are based on our internal employment regulations.
