Accounting & General Affairs Staff
Role
We are currently hiring a full-time Accounting and Sales Administration Staff to work at our office.

Qualification
-
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping (equivalent to Japan’s Bookkeeping Level 3)

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Excel, Word)
Job Description&Responsibility

Entering journal entries into the accounting system

Processing expense reimbursements
-
Handling administrative tasks related to receipts and invoices
-
Supporting sales documentation and internal coordination
-
Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial record

Takes initiative to double-check their work and seeks ways to improve efficiency

Collaborates proactively—not only on assigned tasks but also by supporting teammates when needed

Doesn’t need to speak English fluently, but is open to engaging with international colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive workplace

(Monthly Salary Examples)

3 years experience – Accounting & Sales Administration
Staff Level (¥250,000+ per month, bonus excluded) -
5 years experience – Developer
Senior Staff / Team Lead (¥300,000+ per month, bonus excluded) -
3 years experience – Infrastructure Engineer
Staff Level (¥260,000+ per month, bonus excluded) -
15 years experience – Assistant Manager
Deputy Manager (¥400,000+ per month, bonus excluded)
Negotiable based on experience and skills
Pay Raise
Reviewed annually for Full-Time permanent position.(April)
Bonus
Biannual (Summer, Winter)
